Miranda Brockman has experience in a variety of practice areas relating to the assessment, repair and design of building envelope systems. She also has experience in the construction industry relating to the design, permitting, and construction oversight of transportation infrastructure. During her time at BC&E, Ms. Brockman has assisted in the evaluation of various types of building envelope systems at apartments, condos, single family homes, parking structures, pedestrian bridges, and office buildings. She has performed condition assessments and designed waterproofing and building envelope systems and repairs.
Ms. Brockman has provided construction observations for new construction and renovation projects. She has assisted in the performance of various tests of the installed building envelope components, including water testing of window systems.
